Machine Polishing
starting from
£50
|
-
Useful if car has lost its
shine, looks dull or if your car
has gone from red to pink (this
is due to oxidization).
-
Aids removal of scratches.
-
As you can see by the picture
the polisher we use has twin
heads. Each head rotates in
opposite direction to the other
thus not allowing the machine to
achieve a high rotational speed,
hence this prevents burning
through paintwork or damaging
plastic trims.
This technique can be used if your car has lost its shine,
looks dull or if your car has gone from red to pink (this is
due to oxidization). It can also be used to aid in the
removal of scratches as long as they’re not too deep.
Machine polishing is a specialized technique that takes a
lot of skill, as if you’re not careful you can burn through
the paintwork or damage the plastic trims.
As you can see by the picture the polisher we use has twin
heads. Each head rotates in opposite direction to the other
thus not allowing the machine to achieve a high rotational

Clay Barring
starting from
£120.00
|
-
Used to get the vehicles
paintwork back to factory
finish.
- Clay barring is safe to
use on any car whether it be
Nissan Micra or a Bently
Continental.
This technique was used in Henry
Ford’s day to remove any
overspray from the vehicles.
However in this day ‘n’ age we
don’t get a lot of overspray so
the technique can be used to get
the vehicles paintwork back to
factory finish. Clay barring is
safe to use on any car wether it
be Nissan Micra or a Bently
Continental.
What is Clay Barring?
It is exactly what it says. A
piece of clay is used with a
lubricant and is then rubbed
over the bodywork of the car one
panel at a time and that is why
it is so safe to use on any
vehicle as it is all done by
hand (hence the price).
This removes microscopic layers
from the paintwork, taking it
back to the factory finish. Once
the whole car is done with the
clay bar a coat of polish is
then applied to the vehicle,
then a top coat and to finish
off a coat of Carnuba wax.
Carnuba wax is probably the best
wax on the market to date. |
